Prior to studying East Asian medicine, Dr. Jenna received her M.Ed from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. She was a teacher for many years at Perkins School for the Blind and in the Boston Public Schools.

Dr. Rachel McIntyre attended Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts in Asheville, NC where she obtained her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.
Treating and educating patients about health and wellness has become an integral part of her training. Rachel has an understanding of client interaction and communication, creating a sense of ease, inclusivity, and comfort in the treatment room. She listens judgment-free and holds space for deep transformational healing. Rachel’s authentic and heart-centered approach is gentle yet empowering. She loves connecting with patients to create lasting changes in mind, body, and spirit. Her approach incorporates the acknowledgment of the spiritual and emotional aspects of a patient and the correlation to disease.
Rachel allows patients to identify realistic health goals to sustain and maintain results on the path to healing. Rachel’s treatments integrate herbal medicine, pulse diagnosis, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, stone medicine, dietary therapy, and tui na (Chinese massage) based on each individual’s needs.
Working with patients of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life, Rachel believes in a personalized approach to health care. She has an affinity for but is not limited to, women’s health, mental health and wellbeing, pediatrics, fertility, trauma and PTSD, chronic and acute pain, and digestive disorders. She hopes to bridge the gap between Eastern and Western modalities to incorporate Chinese medicine as a primary form of health care.
